A 3 DAY 'WAO' Field Workshop.

Wandering Around Outdoors (‘WAO’) workshops have been designed for photographers and painters of all levels and experience to help them unlock the mysteries of Landscape Art.

Wildflowers, pacific coastal and mountain views, tide pools, sunsets, elephant seals, airborne squadrons of prehistoric California pelicans, verdant valleys, tide pools … more. We will visit the rugged cliffs and secluded sandy beaches of Montana de Oro State Park, and cover the many coastal opportunities in Morro Bay, Cambria, San Simeon and the gem of southern Big Sur – Pacific Valley. This field workshop will introduce you to the many principles and subtleties of landscape photography. You will acquire the means to “read” the landscape like an artist to help you make more engaging landscape art. The workshop includes many insider tips, daily image reviews and visits to other little known Central Coast locations from Morro Bay to the Big Sur headlands.

Tuition: $695.00 (minimum 6) Registration deadline – when all seats are filled. Board, Room, Transportation, Park Entrance and Use Fees are not included. Camping and motel accommodations are available nearby.
